Our business was issued a new credit card and now our jotforms aren't working

    Our business was issued a new credit card due to fraud on our account.  The credit card was updated with paypal.  Now, when someone tried to make a purchase or donation on our website using jot form there is an error. It ways Invalid Merchant Configuration.  Do we need to change something in our jotform configuration?

    Please help.

    Hello Diane,

    I tested the form - and everything looks OK:

    That error is probably in relation to your paypal pro subscription - you may have changed the CC in paypal when your Paypal Pro billing agreement payment was due - and they may have suspended the service till you updated the Credit Card

    The error was probably something like this - click for more details:

    10501  -   Invalid Configuration

    If the error was still present - I would not have been able to get to the paypal checkout page.

    Could you check whether you are still experiencing the issue?
