Old form that I have removed are still showing on the forms, how do I remove these?

I have placed filds in the passed and updated my form and the old fields are still showing when someone submits the form and we recieve it by email. How can I remove the old fields from the forms?

I would suggest you to please let us know which all deleted fields are still appearing in your form. Have you embedded this form in any web page? Please share the web page URL and we will take a look.

I did check your form's "Revision History" and found that you have made several changes to your form between yesterday and today. I do see that few fields were removed. I would suggest you to please check your form's revision history and restore it to any desired version.
