Why is my account still premium after having it downgraded?

    I had my account downgraded to a free user since the event im using the forms for was cancelled. But still under my account still says PREMIUM. Any help on this is appreciated. Also, isnt there a money back guarantee hasnt been a week i think or just 1 week. thanks

    Your Premium subscription started last July 26, 2011 and you cancelled it way before the month (30 days, more or less) you have paid for expired. Your account is scheduled to downgrade on the 27th of the current month.

    I apologize but I don't think we can give you a refund since you have used up more or less 176 submissions in the time that you were upgraded. You would not have received that much submissions if your account was not upgraded since a free account is limited to 100 submissions in single month.
