when i try to create an account it says email already registered, then when i try to reset via email it says email not in database?
i have never seen this site and have had my email for 5+ yrs
can we reset this?

Upon checking your email address in our system I found it's connected to a " Guest Account " which was never registered yet I do not see any account associated with your email address. I think that you may have lost connection to the guest account but perhaps it got stuck and caused this possibly.
Can you please try clearing your browser cache followed by making another attempt at this again to see if it will let you sign up? If it does not work then please let us know and we will look into it further.
