I also do web design, can I use diffrent forms for different clients with different emails for example:
Client A: Needs an Ecommerce Site
Client B: Needs a registration form
Client C: Want to be able to have people upload pics to thier email ect.

Absolutely, you can have as many different forms under your account as you need. The Email Notifications and Autoresponders are being configured on a per form basis.
Moreover, it is possible to create sub accounts for your clients and share specific forms with them:
