Receiving a 'Jotform Is Busy' error from time to time while editing the form

    At least 20 times every hour when I am creating or editing forms, I get the error message that "Jotform Is Busy". Is this a problem with the throughput that is available on Jotform? I noticed quite a few previous concerns about this issue on your forum.  Is this something you can fix?

    As far as I understand, you are referring to the following error:

    It might be related to abnormally high traffic on the JotForm editor or something else. I have escalated a bug report ticket about the issue. We will try to investigate it, and get back to you when we have any news.

    We have improved stability of our databases, problem should be fixed now,
