How can I forward submissions automatically to my private email account?

Asked by Hillary on August 04, 2011 at 01:08 PM

I just realized that I am receiving inquiries at my JotForm account.  I had hoped that they would come directly to my email inbox.  Is there any way to do this?

    Hi,

Your form is configured to send email notifications to c****@hillaryharvey.com. Upon checking our mail server logs, it would appear that the notifications were sent successfully. (Note that I replaced some characters in your email with asterisks to protect the privacy of your e-mail)

Can you please take a look at your spam/junk/bulk mail folder to see if the emails are there? I have also made a test submit on your form. Can you confirm if you received it?

If you still can't find any of those messages, please have these ip addresses and domains added to your hosting account's whitelist

I checked my JunkMail folder.  Nothing there.  I don't see that I have any way to add your ip addresses to my whitelist.  Oh, well.  Unfortunately, I won't be able to use your services.  I just removed the form from my site.  Thanks, anyway.

    Hi Hillary,

While we regret that you have come to the decision of leaving Jotform, we still do think that your issue with the undelivered emails can be solved with the help of your web host's support people. They'd be the ones to help you add our mail server ip addresses and domains to your hosting account's whitelist.

Anyway, just to find out if e-mails are really blocked on your end, can you try replacing the recipient email of your form's notification to a Gmail address?

We certainly hope that we can change your mind.

    Neil
