I can't access the files that my customers uploaded....

I downloaded maybe 9 files and after that it gives me an error like "the website is refusing to display this page" or something of the sort...please help....

Looks like the error is pointing to an authentication failure error. Kindly make sure you are logged on to your finco1214 account and try downloading the file again. If it still fails, kindly try to clear your browser's cache and try to log in again.
