Thumbs up / Down voting

I am looking for a way to solicit votes for specific reviews on our site.  For example, "Was this review helpful?" and provide a YES/NO or ThumbsUp or ThumbsDown images. I am not so concerned about tabulating at this point becuase we can do that manually as the votes send us a notification email.

If I understand your question correctly, you want it to embed in your web page where you have the reviews listed. Is that correct? Let me clarify my doubts a bit.

How do you intend the button to be placed on your review. To be able to capture the click, the form need to be submitted. Do you need the form to be submitted if the thumbs up / down image is clicked? That would require you to download your form's source code and add some JavaScript code.
