A client received an error message when trying to pay

    A client informed me that upon entering the information and attempting to pay via credit card, the site gave him an error message that read "merchant error." How do I fix this?

    Hello Sandy,

    I did test your form but I was unable to replicate the issue you are having. I was redirected to PayPal checkout page successfully without any error message. Please check the screenshot below:

    Do you mean to say that you get error once you try to make the payment? I would suggest you to please share a screenshot of the error message and we will take a look at it. The following guide should help you upload image in your forum post:  https://www.jotform.com/answers/277033

    I would like to make one more suggestion. Upon checking I found that you only have a guest account. This type of account is created when you do not sign up / sign in to your account and start building forms. I would suggest you to sign up for a free JotForm account with the email address "sandrafl.08@gmail.com" which will automatically move your form to your new account.
