Want to make adjustments to an existing form.

Asked by reidler on August 04, 2011 at 01:31 PM

So I have this form which is complete:

    http://form.jotform.com/reidler/12081937291

The customer is now asking to have part 1 and part 2 flipped so that the "customer data" fields are not on the first page. If I go in to edit my form and simply move the items down from page 1 to page 2 and vice versa all of my conditions get messed up. I have some questions on how the conditions work.

Does the order form always read down from the 1st condition written in order down to the last condition written? If so is there any way to adjust the order or my conditions? If not then do I need to delete all of my conditions and start to rewrite them?

If the conditions are not read in this manner and they are all proceessed at once then why am I having issues?

    Hi,

The placement of fields in your form does not have anything to do with the problem you described. We are currently experiencing an issue with conditions. From what I've heard, a bug fix released today caused the conditions to not work at all.  Our developers have undone the changes made so the issue should be solved in an hour or so, after the updates are completely propagated in our servers.

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
