Forms Reply issues

    when some of my customer hits the submit form button, they do not have a auto reply, thank you email. 

     

    i have gone through the jotform configuration but it seems that even with the same working condition, some of my customers still could not recieve the auto reply/ thank you email.

     

    Please help me look into it.

    I have cloned your form and found that the auto reply is working fine.

    Sometimes cookies and cache may block the auto reply process. So, you can tell your customers to clear their browser cookies and cache before submiting the form.
