My account has been suspended, and I need help getting it reinstated. The support question form on the Contact page gave 404 error instead of confirmation page when I clicked "Post Question", so I am reaching out here. Please help me reinstate the account.

I have taken a look at your account and it is in an Active state.
If the issue persists, please perform these additional steps:
- Clear your browsers history, cookies, and cache
- Try connecting with a different ISP
- Try to access using private mode/incognito
- Please close the browser cache and restart a fresh login session
