Form not loading or taking too long

Hi! I have embedded the code onto my website and both forms are taking a very long time or not working!! PLEASE HELP ASAP! I use this daily for my business!!

Sorry about that.

I checked the link you provided, and here is the error I found on the source code:

Uncaught SecurityError: Blocked a frame with origin "http://www.jennyapple.com.usrfiles.com" from accessing a frame with origin "http://www.jennyapple.com". The frame being accessed set "document.domain" to "jennyapple.com", but the frame requesting access did not. Both must set "document.domain" to the same value to allow access.

This error means that the Iframe where the form is contained is on a different domain other than yours - which is why its taking so long to resolve - and some browsers will not load the form at all.

Please tells us what website builder you used to create your website, and we shall advice on what steps to take to resolve this - because it looks like the website builder generated some codes which do not sit well with most browsers.
