Use unique ID for submission and use to follow up the submission.

    Is there a way to use the unique ID so that participants can obtain their unique ID after submission of a baseline survey and then use the Unique ID again in a follow up survey?

    Thank you for contacting Jotform Support! Hope you are doing well and safe.

    You can try to utilize the spreadsheet widget. The user just needs to type the Unique code/ID and it will auto-populate the form fields from the spreadsheet. When the matching unique code gets inputted on the form then, the matching row data will be prefilled on the form.
