Submission Counter Widget: submissions count doesn't show up in Email Alerts

    I have installed and reinstalled the Submission Counter Widget.  I am running into two issues.  The main issue is that the number of forms submitted is not showing up in my email alerts.  As you can see from the screen shot I have attached, the form field for the Submission Counter Widget (renamed on my form to Request Number) is {clickTo24}.  Even though the field is in the notification email template, the number does not show up, when the actual email is sent. 

     

    My second issue with the Submission Counter Widget, of secondary importance, is that the counter information only shows up when I click on "Preview" and when I am actually filling out the form.  The counter number does does show up in the "edit mode" of JotForm.  I can ignore this however, so I am not too worried about it.  I do need to see the number count in my notification emails, as mentioned in the first paragraph, that will be critical for my record keeping purposes.  

    Anyway to get the counter number to show up in notification emails?

    I am able to replicate the issue. I have forwarded this thread to our developers so they can further check and help us fix the issue.

    We will update this thread if we have any news on this matter.

    As an alternative while waiting for an update, you may consider using our Custom Unique ID feature: Add-Custom-Unique-IDs-to-your-Form-Submissions.

    This should help you track submissions if ever the Submission Counter widget is use for this purpose.

    Bug has been fixed. From now on, submissions' number will be shown in new submissions.
