I created a form but paypal payment button is not showing when I sent form to clients

    I created a form but paypal payment button is not showing when I sent form to clients. Is my paypal account setup in jotform so that people can be able to donate directly using the joft form through paypal ? Can I also add my bank of America account so that donors can have an option to use either paypal or Bank of America?   How can I setup or make sure that my payment account is set up right in the jotform ?

    Hi,

    I checked your form https://www.jotform.com/41270812766960  and noted that you indeed have added a Paypal Donation payment option  to it.

     

     

    You may want to redo the payment tool configuration just to be sure you have assign your Paypal account properly. Follow this user guide -Setting-Up-Your-Paypal-Form

     

    I have also noticed that to be able use the Paypal Donation in your form, the user must select the option "Donate thru paypal -- Donate online..." option in the Donation Type question.

    However, the condition logic you have setup in your form was wrong -- so, when you test the form, it does not work.

    Please correct the condition rule you have setup on the form to like this

    the selected option should be "Donate thru Paypal - Donate Online .It is very secured and easy"

    Edit that condition and save. If done correctly, when option is selected, the Donate to Paypal should now be avaialable on the form. 

    I applied this on my test form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/41272010153942 and you can test that it is working.
