Matching Form Fields w/ MailChimp

Hello. I am trying to match up the form fields to integrate JotForm w/ MailChimp. So far so good, until I attempt to include additional name fields. If the "Full Name" field is already mapped to a name (in this case, Parent's Name) then I am unable to map additional names in the custom mapping fields. Please advise! Thanks!

How many custom fields do you have in your mailchimp under "List fields and *|MERGE|* tags". Are you trying to map Parent's name to another field is that what you are trying to do? Your Parent's Name field uses FNAME and LNAME tag in your mail chimp settings so if you want to use same field again you have to use 2 text box instead of full name field in your form builder as full name field will be automatically mapped to FNAME and LNAME what we need to do is to map it to s custom field.
