How do I know if I am still receiving submissions from my form?

    Our previous designer used your services for a response form for my current website. I would like to know if there is any way for me to know if my form is currently working, or if there is a way for me to edit the form? Thank you.

    Hi Don,

    Upon checking our database, your form is still active and should still be able to receive responses from your clients. However, you should speak with your previous designer about the possibility of changing the recipient email address to yours, as well as obtain a copy of the past form submissions from your clients.

    If you already have an existing Jotform account, you can clone the form to get an exact replica of the form you're currently using. Once you,re done cloning the form, you can make the necessary changes in your form (i.e. add/delete fields, change email address where notifications are sent, etc).
