I currently live in the DR and have no longer my german address and german credit cards I previously held. Paypal limited my german business account and now I can only sned email payments via another account...

A problem, I should be able to resolve withing 6-8 weeks with 2CO debit card I am waiting to receive...

Launching a new service and need to streamline the form with payment if possible. Therefore would like to know if I could paypal you the 10USD for 30 days off service?

    a Q:

if entrant to my service fills out form but fails to go through with payment, would this form still be sent to me and a form submission confirmation email to him?

    Hi Eileen,

You can use Paypal to pay for your subscription when upgrading and then
change it to credit card at a later time.

As long as you have not reached the limits on a free registered account the
forms and submission emails will still continue to work.  Once you reach your
submission limit, your forms will be disabled for the meantime. It will only be
reactivated until you either upgrade your account or wait for the next month when
    your counter resets to zero.

To change payment from Paypal to a Credit card you will need to cancel
subscription via Paypal and then re upgrade using Credit Card:

    1. Log into your PayPal account
    2. Find the latest payment you made to us
    3. Click on your subscription number
    4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" button.

Then you can re-upgrade it with the new payment method which is Credit Card.

Hope this helps, let us know if you have any clarifications.

    Hi mliz,

tried it with paypal, however, your setup is such that paypal needs me to
have an attached creditcard on file... may i send a single paypal payment?
or have a friend pay with his creditcard?

    Hallo Eileen!

You can use your existing Paypal account to pay for your JotForm Premium account for a month. Just select Paypal as your payment method, then in the ensuing page, select "I already have a Paypal account" as shown below:

No need to enter any credit card information, as long as you have your own active Paypal account.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. Thank you for considering to upgrade your JotForm account!
