    Not getting all email notifications of form

    HI, im not getting all the submission forms emailed to me for some reason. They are not all coming through. Is there a problem?

    Is this situation happening only with one form? I kindly ask you to share with us the form's url and the email address (if more than one) so we can make some tests.

    we are getting most of them but not all of them

    Upon checking further, I noticed that form 10371108173 email settings were lacking the sender email address, it was showing "please select" , I just changed it to "noreply@jotform.com"

     

    Please check the spam folders at gmail , let us know if the issue persist.

    Hi,

     

    Experiancing this issue with all of our forms.

    We have 2 notifiactions per form, only 1 of them is working on all of them.

    I checked settings - all had "From" blank. I filled it up, but still not getting these notifications.

    Notification called: "data to forms"

    Not working since 6th of May.

     

    Could you have a look please?

    We had an issue with this for on May 2nd. Our form ID=31396182322956
    No confirmation emails were sent and the programmed recipients recieved nothing. Although, the Inbox has all 3 form responces created that day.

    I've checked the form and the sender email address was showing "Please select". I have set it to "noreply@jotform.com"  , I have sent a test, can you please verify if this was sent

    @klevas and  @feldhouse  you'll get a response in your own threads

    Hi,

    Can you please tell us which of your form is still having e-mails NOT being sent to the target Recipient Email addresses.

    Tell us the form ID# or its URL . We will check the form thoroughly.

    Just to inform you, there was already a submitted ticket to our higher team support about the e-mail issue reported on this thread. They will provide update here when available.

    We will wait for your update.
