How can my number of submissions be adjusted?

    To create my form, I made at least 25 "test" submissions. If you look at them, it's obvious that they were submitted for testing services. Is it possible for those to be eliminated and my monthly 100 submission limited to reflect that? (Only the most recent submission was real on my account.)

    Hi samwohns,

    Thanks for your message. Right now, there is no way to adjust the number of submissions in your account. Doing so will make our Premium and Professional plans useless. But don't fret because your submissions count will be reset to zero every first day of the month. So, if you're not a heavy user, the Free plan will be ideal for you.

    If there are times that you experience sudden surge in number of respondents, you can upgrade your account to a Premium plan and continue to enjoy uninterrupted service. Then you can downgrade it back to a Free plan whenever the extra submissions are no longer needed.

    does deleting the submissions made help to keep the total down?

    Thank you for your inquiry, mgcaledonian13.

    To answer your concern, it does not lower down or reduce the submission counts by deleting submissions.  These counts are incremented every submission and is reset back to zero after a month.
