My form fields disappeared by itself?

    One of the issues is that the form shifts in width by itself from time to time.

    Today, I logged in to edit my form but this time the multiple selection fields disappeared.

    The forms seems to be very unstable for some reason.

     

    Also I couldn't figure out how I can manage or edit the width for the multiple selection field so the lines don't fold.

    Can you check a form Revision History to see if the fields were deleted at some point?

    I will escalate a bug report ticket about the width issue via this thread.
