    Empty key field when integrating with Google Spreadsheets

    Hi there,

     

    I am having trouble integrating my form with google spreadsheets.  I've done this successfully in the past.  However, when I cloned a form and tried to set up a new integration, the key for the spreadsheet that is created always comes up blank:

     

    https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=

     

    (Notice there is no key field)

     

    I have tried removing the integration, cloning the form, clearing my form cache, and then adding integration again.  But it still comes up with an empty key.

    Hi Scott,

    I was able to reproduced similar problem as you mentioned even when I tested a very basic form that contains only Names, E-mail, and Remarks field

     

    I am not sure yet if Google have updates on their end that affects the form ingtegration to google spreadsheet.

    Let me elevate the issue to our higher team support so that it can be rectified as soon as possible.

    There was a glitch earlier that caused this problem. It's now fixed.
