Empty key field when integrating with Google Spreadsheets

Asked by trackleaders on May 08, 2014 at 05:09 PM

    Hi there,

I am having trouble integrating my form with google spreadsheets.  I've done this successfully in the past.  However, when I cloned a form and tried to set up a new integration, the key for the spreadsheet that is created always comes up blank:

(Notice there is no key field)

I have tried removing the integration, cloning the form, clearing my form cache, and then adding integration again.  But it still comes up with an empty key.

Here is the form I am working on:  http://www.jotform.com//?formID=41276834950965

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

    Hello Scott,

There was a glitch earlier that caused this problem. It's now fixed.

Please do test the integration and let us know if the problem persists on your end.

Thanks for your patience and we apologize for this inconvenience.
