I'm trying to add a penalty to purchases placed after June 14, 2014. Students registering should be charged a $50 penalty; all other registrants should be charged $100. Penalty has a default value of $0.
The screenshot shows the condition I used. The penalty amounts are correct. But, it's assessed when form is loaded even though the date is before the deadline date. What am I doing wrong?
By the way... this form (http://form.jotform.us/form/41267422522145), without the date condition, works great.

So far I guess that your date picker is not working. I am checking this issue.
You can see the reference answer below.

I will get back to you soon.
Thank You

I disabled default date and changed date format as well but when I preview this form I can't insert date into this field.
You can insert the condition again after recreate the date field.
Please let us know if the issue persist.
