I seem to get 4 differnt versions of the same submission, from recieved email, PDF, forwarded email & print.
What am I doing wrong ???
Received submission via email - phone number missing & several tables from matrix missing.
PDF from submissions - Headings missing
Forwarded email from submissions - All information available
Print from submissions - Prints a screenshot, rather than the submission details.

Thank you for your message. The submissions you receive via email will depend on the email template that you created for your email notification. Please make sure that all fields are included in the template.
For the email and PDF copies of your submissions, all headings and contents inside the Free Text (HTML) field will not be included.
Lastly, for the print button, an alternative that you can use is your browser's built-in print function. You can either press Ctrl-P or look for the Print option in your browser's menu bar to initiate the print command.
