Change options base on the URL of the page where form was embedded

I am fully aware this may be beyond the capacity of Jotform as a platform, but thought it was worth checking before discounting.

Is there a way to create an invisible dropdown menu that automatically selects the option based on the url of the page on which the form is embedded? And past that, is there the capacity to alter the submission button based on this dropdown choice?

To give a bit of context, I am looking to have slightly altered versions of the same form across 20+ different web pages and was hoping there would be a way to achieve this without creating 20+ different forms.

Like I say, I fully appreciate this may be out of the bounds of what Jotform is capable of, but it'd certainly save me a lot of time to be able to combine several versions of what is essentially the same form.

    Regards,

    James

    Hi James,

You can use the Get Referrer widget to get the URL of the page where the form was embedded

    http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/get_referrer

And past that, is there the capacity to alter the submission button based on this dropdown choice?

You need to clarify what you meant by this.

I you meant change the URL of submission base on a condition, I suggest you review this user guide

Change Thank You URL after submission

With the Get Referrer widget on your form, you need NOT embed mulltiple forms on different websites. You can just only 1 form and it should do the job.

Inform us if you need more assistance on this.

    Thanks!

Okay, thanks. I'll see what I can do with that.
