Why is my form not working and showing as disabled?

    After you solved suspected acount trouble, my form are not working anymore?

    Also, I got "From Not Found / This Form is Disabled" message when I look at preview of my forms!

     

    I need your urgent help

    Sorry about that, I have reactivated your account. It currently looks like one of your forms set off our anti-phishing detection system.
