Sorry i forgot: if i made the mail test, it sends the mail to email@example.com instead of firstname.lastname@example.org.
to be completely clear this is the situation: one email has to be sent to email@example.com (the first one named "Nuova iscrizione GREST"
the second mail hs to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org (the secoond one named "Visita Medica Oratorio"). This is the one that doesn't work properly.

Hi, i've set a second notification to be sent to a different email address: email@example.com, but it stil send it only to the firs email address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
It was working befor, but now it sends only email to email@example.com.

I just checked your form settings and made a test submission. It seems like everything is normal.
Our email logs shows us that both notifications sent successfully.
Could you please check your spam folder?
