    file upload not working in mobile device app?

    I have the form integraded in an app bot te file upload isn't working anymore?

    I looked to find the issue but cannot find the reason why. Any ideas?

    JotForm forms are meant to be used on browsers, mobile or desktop.

    Using a browser in an android device, the upload field works as intended. However, on your app, it does not work.

    It is highly likely the software you used to create the app does not permit html forms from accessing the device's file system.

    I would suggest contacting the developer of the software you have used to create the mobile app for further assistance.

    But i used to work ? but it stopped so i don't think thats the problem. The app is also just a mobile browser.

    @FAM24

    If it used to work then stopped, then something has changed with your app, not with JotForm.

    I used firefox, chrome, dolphin browser, and opera mobile to test the form and the upload field worked without problems every time. Try to do the same tests so you can see for yourself.

    Like what I suggested, please do contact the developer of the software you have used to create the mobile app for further assistance
