I have a form and I wish to automatically discard the submission if a field is a certain value, but I don't want the submitter to know that it's been discarded. Is there any way to do this?

As far as I know I don't think we have an exact tool for that sort of thing. However, I just got an idea for a workaround that would allow you to do just that. You would need to create about 2-3 forms.

The first form would be your MAIN Form. It will host the other 2 forms by having them embedded on it via an iFrame so that it works more fluid-like. The 2nd and 3rd forms will be a KEEPER Form and a DISCARDED Form. The DISCARDED Form will have the Auto-Delete Submission App hooked up to it. The KEEPER Form will not. You will then use conditions on the MAIN Form to Show or Hide the KEEPER or the DISCARDED forms based on a specific value.

    Example:

    MAIN - http://form.jotform.us/form/41286365370153

    KEEPER - http://form.jotform.us/form/41286200572145

    DISCARD - http://form.jotform.us/form/41286754120148

Additionally, I will also go ahead and open up a feature request on your behalf to see if our developers can create a feature for something like that. They might even just add some extra configurations which would enhance the existing Auto-Deletion App. Anyhow it will be considered and if something like this is added then we'll update you here about it.
