Is there a way to add a hint example text to phone field

    Hi guys, one question i add quick tool phone, but i would like to add a hint inside area and inside phone, i also want t know if this is possible to the same with the directions tools.

    If what you want to do is to indicate the number of digits for a phone number, that is possible through Input Mask.

    You can even add a Hover Text the phone field. (You can do the same for the address field). Simply select the fields and look at the tool bar for the options, as shown on this image:

    If there a way that the hint can appear inside the box? where the info is witten.

    You can just use the 2 regular Textbox field as the phone field. You can add the hint example text in the Textbox field.

    Or you can use the sub-label in the Phone field to add the hint text instead.

    I created that field using injected CSS code also

    Can you please tell me how I would go about doing the above with the new system? I  no longer see the above options when I am editing my form and I do not see where to do this in the designer. Here is a link to my form:

    Ideally, the fields 'firt name', 'last name', 'area code', and 'phone number' would appear like all of the other fields on my form. Is there anyway to do that so the design is consistent?
