The issue is .... I "am" logged in.
When I populate and resubmit ... it goes back to the same login screen
All I want to do is look at an answer *swear*

Let's try the basic troubleshooting steps first. Please clear your cache and cookies first, and then restart the web browser you're using and try accessing the support forum again. You can also try using another web browser program if you still have issues. Please let us know how it goes.

This might happen if the Forum thread you are trying to access is private. Are you clicking on a link on your email? Can you post the URL of the page that you cannot access?
