Hello, I made a form under what I thought was my company's username and password....however, now when people click on the form it's saying its surpassed its quota so when I went to see why, I realized that it's not under my company's username at all and I have no idea where to find it??

That form belongs to the following account details.
You have to login to this account in order to view its submissions and edit that form.
By the way, that form is currently active and working as expected when I tested it here.
