My Form is not redirecting to my Website

By the way, devanb is no longer my webmaster and I need to get his information off my forms. 

I have heard from a couple of people that are signing up for classes that they are getting this error. A thank you note is not going to them, nor are they being redirected to my website. Instead, the webpage they are taken to instead of a thank you is this:

Which of the form in your account is not redirecting back to your website?

Is this about after the user has successfully paid over Paypal? Or before they are directed to Paypal?

I tried the classes form on your page and it's redirecting me to the Paypal page correctly, is this correct? Have you tried it on your side to confirm if it is happening your end as well?
