Stripe integration not updating on live website

i've never had this problem before.

 

coastersquill.com/the-books.html

 

no matter what numbers i change in the payment widget, the info remains the same on the website.

 

all other fields change.

 

i thought it was shipping/tax related--but when i removed those options the problem was still there.

 

help?

I did check your form embedded on your web page and it seems to display correctly. I would suggest you to please explain your below mentioned question a bit more in details:

My webdesigner Gertie @ wakinggirl.com is working on our design. She has been trying to change the pricing on 3 of the books. The pricing on the live webpage http://www.coastersquill.com/ is still showing the incorrect prices. I tried to use the jotform.com/answer page but since I don't havethe login (Gertie does) I couldn't log in to attache the image. I have attached it on this e-mail.

The pricing on the 3 books circledshould be as follows: (but are not)

Pilgrimage$10.95
College Football American Road Trip$10.95
Left Side of the Road$9.95

The state of NV should have a tax rate of 7.725%. The other states should not have a tax rate at all.

I would recommend you to remove Stripe integration, save the form and add it back again.

Keep the products (click on "yes" when asked), so you do not lose the info. Then perform the changes again.

 

Do get back to us if the problem persist.

Also, make sure you re-embed the code. To do this, please delete the current iFrame code in the webpage, grab a fresh code from the builder and paste it in your page.
