I would like to build a survey and after submission a graded report depending on the answers that were given by the user.

I understand how to accomplish this with logic in terms of, if x is selected then y is made visible., however i do not want y to be visible because I want the user to submit there name and email to receive the recommendations based on their answers

    For Example:

    1) What Color do you like?

    -blue
    -green
    -red
    -yellow

    2) what is your favorite number

    -1
    -3
    -5
    -10

No depending on the answer the user selects depends in the advice we give.

so if the user select green and the #1, an automated email would be sent back to them with the advice according to their selection.
