Hi there
I have created a leave form and approval flow :
Few issues :
On form can I hide below fields from users and only visible to maangers approval , the one selected as manager by user

How can only the manager approves the leave form , not the one named in approval report.
Presently if manager is selected as Mr Glen Smith by user , Ms sweta can also approve the form which is not correct , I only want Sweta as FYI
I really need to fix this issue , pls do not refer me to guide to read, i need to know where the issue in approval flow? or Email conditions ?

Hi there,
I got to review your approval flow, when the manager selected is Glen Smith, the approval email only goes to Glen Smith, he is the only approver on that conditional branch, and only an Approval Report email goes to Ms. Sweta. This setup, I believe is already what you're trying to achieve.
If you see otherwise, can you send us a screenshot of a submission where Glen Smith is selected as a manager and an approval email was also sent to Ms. Sweta, and may we have the submission ID?

Referring to the response I received ,
Just now i submit a form to Glen smith manger :
I got two emails screen shot below and Sweta and Cobus got it as well
If I click on edit submission I can also approve the leave application which should be allowed
If cobus click on edit submission he can approve /reject which should not be allowed how to fix this
Who so ever is replying pls see the thread and then reply pls do not send a new issue or something new
I am not sure is it because of below emails seeings under emails There is emails notification 1 set as below

Hello,
Thank you for providing us with the information.
The approval email that is based on your approval workflow on your form should only be sent to the manager that is selected on the drop-down menu of the form. The email that the other managers are receiving after the user submitted the form is a notification email that has the edit link which is sent to all emails added as a recipient of the notification email.
To prevent them from receiving the notification email you can delete the current notification email and instead of adding the edit tag on your notification email, you can directly add the edit tag/link on the approval email being sent.
To do so. Open your approval workflow and open the approval properties of the manager by clicking settings then click on edit on Customize Approval Request Email.
Once the email editor is opened you can add then customize the email and add the edit tag {edit_link}.
Please note that you would need to edit the approval for each manager that is on your approval workflow.
