I do NOT want to continue paying for your service. I just tried to downgrade to the Free Plan and your page won't allow me to do that. It gives some incomprehensible error message that says "Your subscription has been scheduled to be cancelled manually."
Whatever that means, PLEASE CANCEL IT IMMEDIATELY. If you put through a transaction on PayPal, I will notify them that you did this AGAINST my wishes.
Please let me know when you have cancelled my account.

The subscriptions is already cancelled. Your account is scheduled to downgrade on May 15.
