Hello I need help there were 6 membership that signed up and I didn't receive their payment. I went to the notification tab and hit complete membership did I do something wrong please call me 614-316-7354 mike

Artist Info seems to be properly configured to get payments in your paypal account info@can********ds.com
They probably changed their mind in the last minute. And as the form was still submitted, you got a notificiation, but you did not I would recommend you to enable IPN in your paypal account. IPN is a POST message sent by Paypal (regular only) whenever a transaction is completed on their side. If you do not get this message, that means the transaction was not completed at all.
Please follow the steps below to configure IPN within your Paypal account:
Go into your Paypal account, Click on the Profile menu, select My Selling Prefences
Midway down the next page is a 'Instant payment notifications' field, select click on the Update button to the right of it.
Click Choose IPN Settings, Enter http://www.jotform.net/ipns/paypal.php into the Notification URL text box and ensure Receive IPN Message (Enabled) radio button is selected. Click Save.
