Is there a way to change this message to a custom one?

Hello aptus,

Yes it is possible to change the warning message which you see for unique Submissions. The following guide should help you change the "Form Warnings": https://www.jotform.com/help/61-How-to-Change-Translate-Form-Warnings

You need to find the warning message "Sorry! Only one entry is allowed. Multiple submissions are disabled for this form." and change it to required text. Please check the screenshot below:
