Can i create a form split over two pages?

Asked by shuish on May 11, 2014 at 02:40 PM

Hello, is there a way i can create a jotform that is split over two different html pages. For example, i would like some fields for the user to fill out, then click a next button. This would then take them to another page with the remaining fields to fill out. After clicking submit this would send all the completed fields (from both) on the same email??

Simular to how a mortgage or loan site works - for example the first form is asking about the amount of loan, length etc and then they click next etc and then prompt with more fields to fill out which include the names, address, tel.

Once they click submit all completed fields will be sent on one email... is this or somethign imular possable on Jotfrom??

    All the best, James
