Approval/ Workflow

    Hello,


    We have a license since a few weeks. I asked yesterday for a price for the white labelling and the domain.

    I also have a technical question about Approval. Here is the scenario:

     A customer registers his employees by form. This form has hidden fields so that my team members can fill in each entry.

    This client has access to a table with all the entries and can therefore track when we fill in fields.

     Here are my questions:

    1- When sharing the table with the client (public share..) the client cannot export the table to CSV or Excel, is this possible? I tried but no where I can see a "print" button

    2-

    I would like to share only one table with my client and not all tables if we create several tables for the same form because some information (field) are private.

    3-

    If I create an Approval/Workflow for this form. The client fills it and in this form I added the Appointment field for the client's employee. If the client leaves it empty. Is it possible in the Approval process to put an "If" process like that when the client sends us the request with the "appointment" field empty, we approve and then the employee receives an email to fill the "appointment" field?

    I hope my questions are clear.

    At the moment we are using Gravity Form and GravityView but your solution seems better and more flexible and could save us a lot of time.

    As for your inquiry regarding the option to export the submissions into a CSV or Excel file, You would need to change the limitation settings of your Table and enable the option to show the print or download button.
