If process on Approval Workflow

If I create an Approval/Workflow for this form. The client fills it and in this form I added the Appointment field for the client's employee. If the client leaves it empty. Is it possible in the Approval process to put an "If" process like that when the client sends us the request with the "appointment" field empty, we approve and then the employee receives an email to fill the "appointment" field?

Yes, we have an approval element for an if/else condition where you can add this element to your approval workflow and set a condition that if the appointment field is empty after you approve or deny the approval you can send an email to the user that contains the edit link to fill in the appointment field.
