Jotform Approvals : Ability to Delete More Actions button.

Hello! Collaboration HUB here again.

I have two questions.

(1) My approval workflow has only two options: Approve and Deny. But the "More Actions" button still shows up in the emails to the approver. How do we hide this?

(2) Suppose that the approver hits Deny and tells the submitter to make revisions. Is there a way for the submitter to access a version of the form

You can delete the "More Actions" button by deleting it on the approver's email content:

Whenever I delete the "More Actions" button, it immediately re-appears. Do you know how to stop this behavior? I checked the email settings and the only two options are "Approve" and "Deny".

The buttons in the approval flow email cannot be deleted, they are built in the Email by default.

I have forwarded a feature request to our developers to make it possible to delete the more action button in the approvals.

Please note that we cannot give an ETA when this feature would be added or will be passed however, once we have further information you will be notified.

It's now possible to remove 'More Actions' button in Approval Request Email. In order to do this, click 'Edit' of Approval Request Email and click on 'Show/Hide approval action' setting in the email editor. Uncheck the 'More actions' option and it the button will be removed from the email.

You can add it back by clicking on the checkbox again. You can also change the text of this button by clicking on edit button.
