I'm constructing a camp registration form. I would like to ask for each c amper's information on a separate page. Is it possible to insert a page break after each camper's info?

    Thanks.

That helps a little, but I need a bit more guidance if you don't mind. Let me explain more what I want to do. I want to make a camp registration form where each family has the option to register multiple children. I want to ask for each child's information on a separate page. So I ask for basic information for the first camper. Then I want to ask "Do you want to add another camper?" If the answer is yes, then i would like it to go to a new page where they can enter information for Camper #2. if the answer is no, then they skip to the last page where they can submit the form. How can I do this? I can't seem to select the Page Break as a testable field in Conditions. If I include a Drop Down for Yes or No and make a Condition out of that, then the user still has to click on the Next button in the Page Break to skip to the desired page. Thoughts?

To make a page break After opening the Form,First click on Survey tools then click on Page break,Now drag the page break button anywhere you want to put.See the following picture-

    Hi pbwithew,

You can add pagebreaks using "Page Break" under the "survey tools" submenu on the left side. This image below may be useful for you.

    Have a good day.
