I paid for the wrong account

    Hello,

     

    I entered into your system using a different password to upgrade my account.  It let me into the system, so I assumed I had entered the correct password.  I continued to pay and upgrade my account to the next tier, however, upon logging into your site, I found out that my password was incorrect and I somehow paid for a different account.  Can you please let me know how to rectify this mistake.  

    My account is almost used up and I need to upgrade it asap.

    Hello gatewaytomagic,

    I was able to trace your payment. You were not logged in to your account and you did not mention your account username while making the payment. That is the reason why your account was not upgraded automatically.

    I have applied your payment to your account manually and your account is now upgraded to premium yearly payment. Please sign out from your account and then sign in again for the changes to reflect.
