I can no longer email directly from my email? I also have a limit now when I try to response to a form response. Can you please help with this?

Make sure to map the email field from your form directly in your email notification:
1) Click on Setup&Embed
2) Click on Email Alerts
3) Select the notifications, and click on Reply-to and Recipient Settings
In that way you will be able to reply directly from your email account.
If you are talking about going to submissions page and trying to reply from there:
I see your account is a free account, and on free accounts you can only reply 2 per hour.
