I now have a new problem with this form. when a customer fills out the first half and clicks next, the form does not move to the products section. Please help asap as this is yet another glitch in the pricess.

I confirm the next button is not working. However, after cloning your form and investigating a bit deeper I found that the cause of the issue are the Slider widgets on your form:
Once I remove the widget from the form, the Next button started working fine, see this animation:
So, I have forwarded this issue to our next level support so that they can find a soltion as soon as possible.
We will update you viat this thread once it is resolved.

Why do they suddnely not work? we ahve used those sliders before. If we ahve to change the form mow with over 100 submissions, it will greatly alter our data.
It all worked last night before 11pm. No one is changing our form on our end. This is the second time in three days the form has been down.

Problem regarding to sliders should be fixed now.
