How can I add a form as an autoresponder?

    How can I add a form "Information Management Quiz" as part of an autoreponder email to my other form titled "ATC1 Post Workshop Survey"?

    The link to the ATC1 Post Workshop Survey where I want to use this autoresponder is http://www.jotform.com//?formID=41316838838161

    Email clients are not browsers in itself, so generally, web forms do not work well in emails.

    Here's a graphic that best describes why it is not a good idea to embed a form in an email message.

     

    I would suggest adding a link to the form in your autoresponder instead.

    To add a link to your form to the autoresponder, simply copy the text below and paste it onto your email template:
