How can I add a form as an autoresponder?

    How can I add a form "Information Management Quiz" as part of an autoreponder email to my other form titled "ATC1 Post Workshop Survey"?

    Email clients are not browsers in itself, so generally, web forms do not work well in emails.

    I would suggest adding a link to the form in your autoresponder instead.

    To add a link to your form to the autoresponder, simply copy the text below and paste it onto your email template:
